O.A.R. launches spring tour with Landmark Theater performance (Daily Orange) The balcony in the Landmark Theater was shaking as people jumped up and down in joy during O.A.R.'s performance last night. O.A.R. played Syracuse as the first stop on its tour throughout New York, and the opening show was electrifying. The band opened with "Wonderful Day" and "One Shot," before reverting back to some of its classic songs. UB books O.A.R. (Pleiad) Chart topping O.A.R. (Of a Revolution) will perform at Albion College on Monday, April 23 for Union Board?s annual "Big Show." O.A.R to open tour at Landmark (Daily Orange) O.A.R (Of a Revolution) is usually a well-known band across college campuses. The rock band was founded in 1996 by singer, Marc Roberge, with drummer Chris Culous. Eventually Jerry DePizzo, Richard On and Benj Gershman joined in. The band has quite a following after successful albums, and its most recent, "Stories of a Stranger," was the most commercially successful.
