Less rock and more AOR! Fastway never sounded better! / 5
This is really more like a four-star album, but I'm giving it five because I see we have another occasion here where callous fans of nothing but noisy guitar have their middle fingers collectively in the air any time something they consider slightly "cheesy" is released. This album is an awesome listen! I think that fans of both Velveeta-layden 80's AOR and pure hard rock alike would both easily be able to enjoy this...and with the exception of "Waiting For The Roar", this was perhaps the band's finest hour. Certainly better than the first two overly loud and uncomplex just plain vanilla releases. Buck up Fastway fans! It's not always a "downer" when bands try new things:-)
