Import singles are all about the b-sides. Why else would we pay out so much for a song that we could get on an album for about the same price. Anyway, STRAIGHT JACKET is a cool rocking song, highly recommended. What's labeled here, and on the cover as SMOKE & MIRRORS sounds nothing like the smoke and mirrors that's available for free on the Veruca Salt web site. When I scanned it into my computer, it came up as BLISSFUL QUEEN on CDDB. I have no doubt that is what it really is regardless what the cover says. Either way it's worth adding to the collection. Simplistic but fun. Even better than the real smoke & mirrors. THE LIGHT BEHIND YOUR EYES is a good ballad, not great but good. THE SAME PERSON remix is an extended version of what appeared on the album. It still sounds like an introduction to another song, just 4 minutes long this time. Still, you have several choice tracks to add to the collection despite the flub on the cover. Buy it while it's still available.
