Amazon offers Chapter One (Audio CD),04 May, 1999 List price $37.99 Excellent CD / 5 John Sykes is a very talented guitarist/vocalist and Chapter One is a great compolation of the work he has done over the last decade. Many of the songs on this CD are from the past two Blue Murder CD's and that is a good thing as they are very strong tracks. There is magic that can be heard between Sykes and his former band mates Tony Franklin and Carmen Appice from Blue Murder. The other songs on Chapter One are from his other CD releases that have only been available on Import and have not been released in the United States. These tracks are well worth the purchase of this CD on thier own. Overall, the musicianship is a step above most of the rock albums you will hear today. John Sykes is an amazing guitarist and he does not dissapoint. This CD is so good, it merits the price to import it! If you are a fan of Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy or you just want to hear the music of an excellent musician, buy this CD!
